Vitamin D And Neutrophils
The last few months
Much has happened in recent months. Often the school hours are down because the rain was so strong that it was dangerous to leave the house and the city has suspended the school bus. Even here in Terra Mirim and the ecological school, there was plenty of water and floods. All the soccer field was under water, which has fallen to the children of course not, because they do not go out in the rain first, and allowed the beloved football game also failed.
during straight storm it was very difficult at school because most children are afraid of lightning and thunder. Thus, the hours in which it thundered powerfully in the classroom on the Ground spent, a child is nestled at the other and weep very much on, so that was very much comforted. But then the storm was over, was viewed with pleasure a movie and popcorn eaten.
What else is there in news. The schedule of the children was being revised. Now there are singing lessons where traditional songs are sung, math lessons that are durchgefuerht of Max, the German volunteers, capoeira, playing lessons and much more. Many walks by Terra Mirim be made, then where, for example, with Keksresten the ants and fish are fed. Sun children the care and affection is brought close to nature through play.
On 7 May the Mothers the school celebrated. All mothers were invited and it was a lot of singing and playing. And of course the mothers received some gifts that were made by the children. And to crown it was a delicious selection of cakes:)
Brin Carte that project in the public schools persisted. So go every Thursday, six teachers and teachers in three schools in the area in order to bring variety and fun into the classroom. Be it through music, games or tinkering.
What else? There is now a new computer science teacher, Carlos, in addition to the hours for children, and computer science courses for teens and adults offered. It seems the children have taken a liking to it and look forward each Friday to the computer science class:)

Today is a celebration on the occasion of Mother's Day in the ecological school. In honor of the mother were in the last days crafted cards, painted towels with hearts and flowers and other artwork for customized Mama:)
Today at 17:00 ferry past the bus in the various localities to all children and parents at 18.00 clock the bring to school. The program includes performances of the children, games, and finally a small dinner:)
